This calendar shows the different class times that CrossFit Jai offers. The WOD (workout of the day) is the class that people go to on a daily basis. It includes a guided warm-up, workout, and cool-down. The advanced class is programmed with more of a strength-bias – lots of work on the barbell and with the olympic lifts. Look under the information tab for details on the advanced class.
Unfortunately we are nearly full AGAIN! We will be accepting members based upon the time of day that you are able to work out. If your schedule allows for you to work out at 630, 830, 930am or 4pm please contact us using the form below. Let us know that you can work out in the non-peak times and that you are interested in getting started!
If you see a class on the schedule listed as “Elements” this is the intro course for beginner CrossFitters. This class is required before joining the gym so that you can understand the basics of the different lifts and movements that we perform. You can sign up through the schedule by clicking on the course or you can just email us and we’ll save you a spot.
