Lindsay Guzman is a great addition to the team and is easily one of the most positive and encouraging coaches we have in the gym.  She has enjoyed having athletics in her life from an early age including notable accolades such as qualifying for the state meets in both Cross Country and Track all four years of high school.

She was introduced to CrossFit approximately a year ago and has come a long way in a short amount of time.  When she first started her clean was a sight to behold and she was unable to do a single strict pushup.  Now she is  teaching kipping pullups with the best of them and is working on getting her first muscle up.

Lindsay loves CrossFit because it gives her a competitive outlet that helps her relieve stress in a positive way and has greatly empowered her as a female.  Now, when confronted with a challenging physical task, Lindsay doesn’t bat an eye as CrossFit has shown her how strong and capable she actually is.

Lindsay’s full time job is as a hair stylist at Clementine’s Boutique Salon on 33rd and Tejón.  She is amazingly talented with all styles and hair types, also having specialized training in extensions and organic color lines.  She is the salon educator at Clementine’s.
