WOD 7.20.12

So I have a confession (Andrew will hate me for this).  It has been brought to my attention that “Jeremy” is only supposed to be 1 round of 21/15/9, not 3!  To my defense, I found it labeled “3 rounds: 21/15/9…” and Fran (the same format) was labeled: “21/15/9…”.  My apologies for making you do 90 more oh squats and burpees than were actually required :)

However, I found a quote on Katherine’s shirt that seemed fitting for us.  ”Podrán imitarnos, igualarnos jamás”.  Look it up.

 

Skill: work on handstands for 15 minutes

Mobility: 15 minutes (due to excessive squatting yesterday)

WOD: “Annie” 50/40/30/20/10 of DU and situps
