There will be no formal wod at the gym on Saturday but here is one that you can do at any open track (I recommend north high school).

Warmup:

Run 1 lap

High knees

Butt kicks

Walking lunge

Accelerations

Wod: run 1 mile for time

Dessert: run 200, rest same time it took you to run it, run 200, same rest, run 400, same rest, run 800, same rest, run 400, same rest, run 200, same rest, run 200, same rest
