We are going to have our first happy hour this week. On Thursday after open gym I will have beers and soda and we can just hang out and get to know each other. There are a lot of new faces in the gym and I would love to get to know everyone a little better. So Thursday at 6pm, swing by and hit a wod or work on a skill that you need to practice and then hang out for a bit. I will provide beer, Pellegrino Soda, and wine. Bring any munchies you might want. We are taking a break for Thanksgiving. You might have already seen but no classes tomorrow (Thursday) and only evening classes on Friday as I will be up in the mountains with Lindsay’s fam for Thanksgiving. Have a great holiday, enjoy the good eats, and get ready to hit it hard when everybody gets back!
Remember the small stuff on this, my most favorite of holidays. If you step back and look at your life, you’ll probably find that you have a lot to be thankful for. Kent, for example, is thankful for the Filthy Fifty – he’s not sure where he would be without it
Make sure you tell the people that are in your life that you are thankful for, you may think it every day but you should be telling them every day too.
