Forgot to post the outline for the week. Here it is:

|Bodyweight TESTING: Do 1 max effort set at each of the following movements (in order). All movements are performed RX with no mods. If your score is less than 16 total reps, repeat with your regular modifications and report both scores.
Push/Pull Test: ME strict pull-ups, push-ups, kipping pull-ups, ring push-ups
3 rounds: row 500, 15 burpees, 10 empty bar thrusters, 5 wall climbs. Rest as needed between sets. Score is average of fastest and slowest times.
